World Population Plan of Action

The title speaks for itself. This is a document created by the United Nations arguing that there are too many people on the planet and that something needs to be done about it. It should be noted that in the United States follow-up version of the UN’s World Population Plan of Action, they admit that they have no idea what population the Earth can actually sustain. I have heard it said that the entire population of the world could live comfortably within Alaska alone, and the resources necessary for the survival of mankind are all renewable, therefore, there is no problem of overpopulation. It is yet another lie coming from globalist overlords, just as the great global warming hoax. Note that all of the existential threats being propagated against us are invisible, that is, we only “know” they’re a threat because that is what we are told, though we have not observed them for ourselves. And not surprisingly, the only solution for all of these invisible threats just so happens to be the widespread removal of our individual human liberties. They had used different versions of the same threats years ago as we will see in the NSSM-200 document which warns of an impending ice age! Now it’s the opposite. And the polar ice caps are supposed to have melted by now according to their projections years ago, and our coastal cities are all supposed to be submerged under the ocean even though some of the very people making those claims then went on to purchase oceanfront properties. They don’t actually believe what they warn you about, they just need you to believe it. The Green Movement is a huge money maker and as long as fearful people continue to buy into the propaganda, the propagandists can continue to buy their oceanfront properties.

This is a classic Hegelian Dialectic – a strategy utilized by governments wherein there is a “solution” they wish to impose (generally resulting in the removal of the rights of the people) so they create the problem in order to justify their solution to the people. For example, “Our deepest apologies for force-vaccinating you (making us rich beyond comprehension) and creating a system of medical authoritarianism, but we had to do it because of this pandemic (that we created)”. It’s simple. It’s convincing. It works.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at the Cloward-Piven strategy as there is no time in modern history that it has ever been more relevant than now. This is a strategy proposed in 1966 by Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven that seeks to destroy the West by creating a crisis that fosters increasing dependence on the government. You’ll notice that the tenets of the strategy are currently underway:

1. Overload and Break the Welfare System

2. Have Chaos Ensue

3. Take Control in the Chaos

4. Implement Socialism and Communism through Government Force

Cloward and Piven were Marxists riding the coattails of Saul Alinsky, hero of Hillary Clinton. Alinsky wrote “Rules for Radicals”, a Socialist playbook that authoritarians absolutely adore. Alinsky’s 8 commandments for creating a tyrannical social state are as follows. The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people. 2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live. 3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty. 4) Gun Control– Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state. 5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income) 6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school. 7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools. 8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

ALL of these are currently in operation. Anyone arguing that there is no plot to take down the West will have an extremely difficult time of it when everything we see occurring today is straight out of their playbook. Whether or not we’d like to be, we are a part of what will likely become the worst period in human history. Destroying the West is absolutely crucial for the globalist depopulation plan. This plan was in existence prior to the UN’s World Population Plan of Action, however, it is an appropriate document to begin with.

The authors will not come out and say that humans should be murdered, but with some careful reading between the lines, one can see that they are setting the stage for it. Also note that many of the things that we have always considered civil rights issues are actually part of the depopulation agenda, i.e., the heavy focus on women’s empowerment. They don’t care whether women are empowered, they just want to convince women that they are oppressed by traditional roles and foster a desire within them to leave the home to work so that they produce fewer children. I’m not making an argument against civil liberties. I am saying their motivation for taking up social justice causes is not for consideration of the individual, but to reduce fertility (as they phrase it).

The following are points of consideration regarding excerpts from The World Population Plan of Action:

• They are seeking to establish “A New International Economic Order”, i.e., a New World Order. Have no doubt that they are making a strong push toward enacting a global currency which will ultimately be digital. Once that happens, it will be tied to a social credit system (i.e., we shut your money off if you don’t say, do, and think what we tell you to).

• “Economic growth must be viewed by the entire international community as a global endeavor to improve the quality of life for all people of the world”. Population reduction is equated to economic growth in these documents. That’s the selling point: fewer people means more wealth for those who remain.

• “The formulation and implementation of population policies is the sovereign right of each nation. This right is to be exercised in accordance with national objectives and needs and without external interference”. In other words, all evil and corrupt governments shall be allowed to operate with impunity. If they decide the best way for them to reduce their population is by coercion or even genocide, that’s their prerogative and we will look the other way.

• They openly state that their goal is to affect “population growth, morbidity and mortality, reproduction and family formation, population distribution and… migration”. Let me pose a question: If this UN plan is to ultimately reduce the population, in what way do you suppose they wish to impact morbidity and mortality? They also state they wish to affect demographic structures. Do you ever wonder why there is such a senseless push to leave our borders wide open?

• “To promote the status of women and the expansion of their roles… and the creation of awareness among all women of their current and potential roles in national life”. Why, because they love women and want their freedom? No, because they know that employed women are less likely to reproduce.

• “The short-term effect of mortality reduction on population growth rates is symptomatic of the early development process and must be viewed as beneficial. Sustained reductions in fertility have generally been preceded by reductions in mortality. Although this relationship is complex, mortality reduction may be a prerequisite to a decline in fertility”. Allow me to paraphrase: “We know it looks bad that we are proposing an actual reduction in death since we ultimately want fewer people, but the data shows that people will reproduce less when they have longer lifespans, so helping people live longer is unfortunately a necessary evil”.

• “In light of the principles of this Plan of Action, countries which consider their birth rates detrimental to their national purposes are invited to consider setting “quantitative goals” and implementing policies that may lead to the attainment of such goals by 1985. Nothing herein should interfere with the sovereignty of any Government to adopt or not to adopt such quantitative goals”. In other words, should any government decide to implement draconian measures to reduce the population, whatever they may be, we will look the other way.

• Note the desire to study human motivations for accepting programs to reduce the population and the intent to disseminate information (propaganda) to encourage alignment with depopulation sentiments.

• Note that they state they wish to further research the “incidents, causes, and treatment of sterility”. Why would they want to do that? This is a depopulation plan so they certainly are not motivated to treat sterility. They want to study it so that it can be implemented, such as by injection as stated in the NSSM-200. They also call for “biomedical research on male and female fertility”. Again, the motivation would obviously be to learn how to make people infertile to help with some of those “quantitative goals”.

• Many of these things are ostensibly good, such as their statement that “efforts should be made to eradicate illiteracy, to promote education among the youth and abolish factors discriminating against women.” What does that have to do with population growth? Well, literate people reproduce less and education provides an avenue to indoctrinate through propaganda. Propaganda is also what is meant by their statement, “Governments are invited to use all available means for disseminating population information”.

Remember this was never a classified document. They will of course not come right out and openly advocate for genocide. The closest they come is to hint at it. It is even stated in the NSSM-200 (which we will look at next) that the World Population Plan of Action is reserved in the language it uses. Some of the phrasing in the NSSM-200 is more overt, however, it too will not openly advocate for genocide. I believe that’s because the depopulation plan was too young in its inception and more time was needed for Eugenics and depopulationist ideals to take root, and perhaps more time was needed to install the bad actors necessary to carry such a thing forward, so in the meantime they used careful language in the open and had the real discussions only behind closed doors with a carefully selected panel. This is speculation on my part, but that tends to be how these kinds of things work.
